Who pays the fee?

You do, GoFundMe-style. The professional receives 100% of the tip you intend. At checkout you see the exact breakdown: the tip, the card processing fee, and a small Yokufy fee.

Where does the money go?

Straight to the professional's bank via Stripe Connect. Yokufy never holds your funds — it is a software platform, not a bank or money transmitter.

Diamond vs Golden Yokus

Yokus come in two tiers. A Diamond Yokuis left with a tip: it is recorded by our server from a verified Stripe event — never self-reported — so it is payment-backed and can't be faked. If a payment is refunded, its Diamond Yokus are revoked. A Golden Yoku is free recognition with no tip — anyone can leave one. The split lets a pro show a portfolio while keeping the verified, tip-backed ones distinct.
